Influence Tactics | Due Diligence on What Works

Part of my research includes analyzing how training and certification programs position themselves online. I have come up with over 50 attributes which relate to the psychology of influence and persuasion and I use public records, websites and phone calls to collect information to rate each of these training programs within my matrix.

This is very interesting because in different domains a different mix of influence tactics are common and effective. In some cases a single strong influence attribute can seemingly overpower the firm's lack of additional resources, information or influential resources and still make the program highly successful.

I believe this type of assessment could be highly valuable for a business which wants to complete competitive research on their website, their offering, sales copy, promotional materials and newsletter management system. Eventually I will post a review of this matrix in a form which can then be used for your own business, website or career.
